He was born in Capurso in 1884 and died there in 1969. A law graduate, he was a highly regarded lawyer but also a great benefactor endowed with great humanity and honesty. Before dying, he made a will in favor of the Municipality of Capurso, leaving real estate to the Municipality, including Palazzo Venisti in Via Torricella, now home to the social centre for the elderly.
